Pet Policy
We love pets at Via West at 2120! Cats, dogs and other household pets are welcome. There's a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
Pet fees (per pet):
Pet rent: $35/month
Pet deposit: $200, refundable, due at move-in
Pet fee: $200, non-refundable, due at move-in
Breed restrictions: We can't accept these breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Bull Terrier, Akita and Doberman Pinscher.
Pet etiquette: Pets must be licensed and current on their shots, and kept on a leash when outdoors. Please pick up after your pet.
Assistance animals: Assistance and companion animals aren't considered pets. They're exempt from pet deposits and size and weight limits.
